Idiom
A baseball pitch not hit by the batter that cannot be caught or controlled by the catcher with ordinary effort and that enables a base runner to advance.
打者によっては打たれなかったピッチヤーからの投球で、通常の努力では捕手がキャッチしたりコントロールできず、ベースにいた走者を前進させてしまう暴投。
